Executive Director, Therapist.
In 1993, Libby was one of three co-founders of FEC and has served as Executive Director since 2000. Libby has worked with youth and families for over 30 years and is sought after as both an expert and speaker on the subject of child abuse and neglect.

Mary joined FEC in 2016, after working 24 years at two other nonprofits. While she approaches her work through the eyes of finance, she knows numbers only become meaningful when they support and are intertwined with the stories of communities being served.

In Home Parent Education Program Manager
Carolyn has been on the FEC team for 13 years, first as a Parent Educator providing excellent in-home parent education for families in the Hennepin county child protection system. Carolyn now manages Family Enhancement Center’s In-Home Family Parenting and Development Programs for both Hennepin and Ramsey Counties.

Parent Assessment Program Manager
Alice is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience at Hennepin County. Much of Alice’s work was within the county’s Child Protection department assisting parents who struggled with mental health issues.

Body Based Therapeutic Program Manager
Ambryn currently serves as a therapist with children, teens, adults and families. She leads the Healing Motion Program – a trauma recovery group for adolescent girls, and Families Moving Forward program – a therapeutic group for children who have experienced sexual abuse and their non-offending parents.

Manager of Therapy and Intern Education
Kathleen has provided individual psychotherapy for adults, children and families at FEC since 2014. She serves as a clinical supervisor for the agency’s Intern Program and for LGSW therapists who are seeking their LICSW licensure. She also facilitates a Families Moving Forward therapy group for parents whose children have experienced sexual abuse.
