Ambryn Melius (she/they) has been a part of the Family Enhancement Center since 2016, working as a mental health therapist, parenting educator, group facilitator, program manager and clinical supervisor. She has worked individually with children, teens, adults and families impacted by trauma, as well as facilitating within the Families Moving Forward and Healing Motion programs, integrating body-based and creative arts approaches. With a degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling, Ambryn is a board-certified dance/movement therapist (BC-DMT), a licensed professional counselor (LPCC), and a MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy approved supervisor. 

Ambryn integrates movement, dance, creative process and embodiment within the therapeutic process, grounded in the belief that our bodies are a foundational component of our healing journeys. She approaches mental health from a trauma-informed and social-justice framework, acknowledging impacts of systemic oppression and intersectionality within daily life and relationships.
