Director of Education & Community Engagement

Carolyn has been on the Family Enhancement Center team for 13 years, first as a Parent Educator providing excellent in-home parent education for families in the Hennepin county child protection system. Carolyn manages FEC’s volunteer parent mentorship program – The Nest Project – where she oversees the recruitment of volunteers, builds partnerships outside of the program, and matches volunteers and families.

Carolyn believes every child should have a chance to grow up in a healthy environment and go on to become productive citizens.
