Priyanka Wadhawan

Director of Finance & Operations

At the heart of Family Enhancement Center’s mission to combat child abuse, Priyanka Wadhawan stands as the Director of Finance and Operations, bringing over 14 years of experience in finance and operational leadership. Her dedication goes beyond the numbers, as she passionately works to ensure that every resource is maximized in the fight to protect and empower children.

Ambryn Melius

Director of Therapy, Group, & Related Services

Ambryn Melius (she/they) has been a part of the Family Enhancement Center since 2016, working as a mental health therapist, parenting educator, group facilitator, program manager and clinical supervisor. She has worked individually with children, teens, adults and families impacted by trauma, as well as facilitating within the Families Moving Forward and Healing Motion programs, integrating body-based and creative arts approaches. With a degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling, Ambryn is a board-certified dance/movement therapist (BC-DMT), a licensed professional counselor (LPCC), and a MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy approved supervisor.

Carolyn Washington

Director of Education & Community Engagement

Carolyn has been on the FEC team for 13 years, first as a Parent Educator providing excellent in-home parent education for families in the Hennepin county child protection system. Carolyn manages FEC’s volunteer parent mentorship program – The Nest Project – where she oversees the recruitment of volunteers, builds partnerships outside of the program, and matches volunteers and families.

Libby Bergman

Founder

In 1993, Libby was one of three co-founders of FEC and has served as Executive Director since 2000. Libby has worked with youth and families for over 30 years and is sought after as both an expert and speaker on the subject of child abuse and neglect.
