We're just doing it a little bit differently. To comply with social distancing due to COVID-19, we have suspended all in-person therapy and parent education. The Family Enhancement Center has officially transitioned to offering virtual services utilizing Zoom video software.

Give to the Max Day is November 17, 2022

Give to the Max Day is November 17!

It’s that time of year again!

Give to the Max Day 2022 is coming up on November 17, and early giving begins November 1! Any donation made between now and GTMD on November 17 will go toward our goal of raising $8,000 for our programming and services.

Your gift helps our agency build stronger families and create safer homes for children impacted by trauma and abuse. Access to therapy, mentorship, and parent education has the power to break the cycle of abuse, and to make a bright future possible for families on their path to healing.

All participants who complete at least five activities on their card – individually or with a group – will be eligible to win special prizes at our in-person celebration!

Save the date! The in-person celebration will be Sunday, October 9! We’ll host an afternoon of food, games, prizes, and music from 1:00-4:00pm at Veterans Park in Richfield.

KARE11 TV Interviews FEC Director Libby Bergman

No child should have to experience abuse.

Childhood is both precious and brief; child abuse shatters a childhood and its effect is damaging for a child, the family and our community. The mission of Family Enhancement Center is to create lasting solutions to prevent and heal child abuse. We strive to build strong children, strong families and support communities to create a society where children are safe, respected and valued. Child abuse robs children of their childhood—we help give it back.
